What is ChatGive?
ChatGive is a chat widget that you put on your website so that your donors can contribute easily and securely to your church, political campaign, or cause. It is a free giving chat widget that has been shown to grow donations.
Who is ChatGive for? Can anyone use it?
Whether you are a church organization or political party, Chatgive can be used by any company or non-profit.
How does ChatGive work?
We can help you build a personalized chat interface that integrates with your current donation platform, so you can increase donor engagement and the size of donations.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime because there is no subscription, contract, or monthly fee.
Can I add additional team members?
Yes! ChatGive users can add unlimited team members.
Can I see how ChatGive works?
Certainly! You can see a demo of our widget on our home page. Just click the leaf icon on the bottom right of your screen to see how ChatGive will work on your page.
Are there any hidden fees?
Registration is free and all you pay is a flat fee of 2.5% for each transaction total from credit cards and bank accounts. We’re fairly confident that you won’t find that processing rate anywhere else.
How much do I pay to use ChatGive?
The fee to use ChatGive’s extensive suite of tools to help your organization grow is 2.7% per transaction.
Why should I use ChatGive instead of Paypal?
Chatgive is easy to integrate and use. It also has a lower transaction fee so you get to keep more of the donations to help your organization grow.
Can I easily issue refunds?
Yes, all transactions can be refunded easily.
How do people get a receipt?
Each transaction generates a receipt that can be downloaded immediately. A copy is sent to the customer's email, and the dashboard's admin will receive a notification.
What are the steps to get started with ChatGive?
Step 1: Sign up for your free account Step 2: Customize and personalize your ChatGive dashboard. Add elements like logos, colors, messaging and more. Step 3: Set up payment processing. Step 4: Install and integrate your chatwidget on platforms like WordPress or Planning Center. You can also integrate your chat widget with Zapier, an online automation tool that connects your favorite apps, such as Gmail, Slack, Mailchimp, and more (+2000 apps).
